Our Branch Managers will arrange a date and time that suits your needs, they are highly experienced, kind and caring individuals who will take the time to learn everything about you or a loved one through a friendly chat and cup of tea.
Once our Branch Manager has finished meeting you and the family, they will complete a tailored and person centered care plan, filled with all the details discussed in the initial assessment and go through this with you to make sure you are happy.
They will arrange to have the carers arrive at the times you have requested and will send out a calender on a weekly basis for you to see what times our carers will be arriving and a picture of those carers so you know.
We're ready to go! During your first week Our Branch Manager will come visit to see how everything is going and make any changes or requests you may have to help us provide the best possible for you or a loved one.
